This month I did the Ceres fruit juice summer launch. The theme was feel nothing but sexy this summer. It started in Durban where I had 3 hours to paint 2 girls, it was held at the Imax at the Gateway shopping centre on the 7 th of August 2008.

Then the following day I was in Port Elizabeth, we started at 6:30am as I had yet another 3 hours to paint  2 girls and this was held at the Cocodemere resturant in P.E. on the 8th of August.

If you where in Knysna during the Oyster festival, Im sure you would know the amount of fun that was had by adults and children  alike at Woodmill lane shopping centre. As you walked through the centre you could see all the beautiful art work done for the pavement art competitions by all the young artists, Im so glad I didnt have to judge as they were all so good! On Friday the 11th of July the Adults pavement art competition was held  and after being so inspired by all the childrens work I couldnt wait to give it my best shot and Oh my ….. it was so much FUN! Maz was at Woodmill Walk on the first day of the June July winter school holiday, although it was a cold and rainy day that didnt stop the children of Knysna comming down to Woodmill Walk and have an amazing face painted by Maz. These are a few of the beautiful faces painted on the day.

Every year in December there is a street carnival in Knysna, where the main road is closed off to traffic. There is local live music, food stalls, crafts, bargins and so much more! This last time round we added something really special to our stall. I painted a beautiful 1.67cm tall woman by the name of Alicia. I did a live body painting demo in the stall and turned her into a tiger! Read more »
